We are looking for senior and mid-career consultants in the firm's six areas of work:

Health system strengthening	Public health physicians, health economists, specialists in health financing, supply chain, human resources for health and community health
Project design	Technical proposal writers, resource mobilisation specialists, programme budgeting
Training	Trainers in project cycle management, monitoring and evaluation and data use for decision-making
Digital health	DHIS2 specialists, mobile data collection (Kobo, ODK, CommCare), GIS and mapping, data analysis (R, Stata, Python, Power BI), artificial intelligence applied to health

Expected profile

• University degree in public health, medicine, pharmacy, statistics, economics, social sciences, computer science or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of experience in health programmes (3 years for field and data profiles).
• Experience with NGOs, United Nations agencies, ministries of health or international donors.
• Fluency in French; English, Portuguese and national languages are an asset.
• Availability for short-term assignments, remote or in the field.

Joining the network does not constitute an employment contract or a guarantee of work. Each deployment is subject to a prior written agreement with the expert.

Publication of your profile on the website

Selected profiles will be published on the Team page of our website. You choose the form of publication in your authorisation:

• Anonymous profile: position, country, years of experience, degrees, areas of expertise, tools and languages, without name or photo;
• Named profile: the same information, with your name and, if you wish, your photo.

Your personal contact details (phone, email, address) are never published. You can ask for your profile to be removed or changed at any time by writing to info@axiomsante.org.

Written authorisation required

Every application must include a written, dated and signed authorisation allowing Axiom Santé to keep your CV, publish your profile on the website and present your application to its clients as part of proposals. Applications without a signed authorisation will not be considered.
